doc: add support link for aduh95
As of last week, the fine folks at Transloadit can no longer afford my services, and I have lost my main source of income.
On the bright side, I have now much more time to spend for open-source, and some area of Node.js could really use extra-maintenance – e.g. getting rid of flaky tests is work, and it's kind of unsustainable to expect volunteers contributing on their spare time to tackle the problem.
So if you're reading this and are benefiting from Node.js being maintained, consider supporting me and/or the other collaborators (see the list in the README). Who knows, if I receive enough support, I might not need to search for a new job, and work on Node.js full time.
