Zone-tan stage 0 targeted lines and conversion test

I converted the targeted lines of stage 0 to the new format and generated a new .xml file. I'm doing a merge request now to see if I did everything right. If everything's okay, I'll do the other 6 stages in one go.

A few things to note: After converting the .txt file to the behaviour.xml file, the only things I added to the .xml file were the alternate starting lines and the targeted lines from the stages I didn't yet convert to the new format. I also replaced all the &, > and < symbols that didn't convert properly.

I checked if there were any discrepancies between the old and the new .xml file (besides the placement of the targeted lines and some added or deleted spaces). There didn't seem to be any significant changes so I think everything went right, but please tell me if I'm missing anything.
