Displacement vectors: Select reference configuration when eliminating cell deformation

Current the "Eliminate cell deformation" option only allows to map positions back to the reference configuration. Sometimes it is desirable to map reference configuration to the present cell, which is now added. (Both options are identical for small strains.)
