Physics cleanup — one more small step

Make trajectory take star/world/portal status into account. Should help with #124 (closed). Seems to help so well that max_accel can be increased to 100 which helps to alleviate the impact of the Kepler-free zone.

Make sure that the asteroids never spawn inside the Kepler-free zone.

I think it also helps with #116.
