Add DejaVuSans as a fallback font to be able to print much more nice characters.

Possible objections:

  • DejaVu has wrong style
  • DejaVu is too large

I am not yet ready to work on full Unicode support (making sure everything is utf8-correct), so no reason to hurry about fallback fonts.
