New Template Engine

I decided to create a custom template engine of sorts to make templates more tightly integrated with Site Generator. Some may argue it is not the most secure the solution, but it works seamlessly with the rest of the project, and I believe it squashes most security issues by only using eval with a globals argument. So it should be fine. But I supposed time will tell.
