Have the possibility to push branch name into commit name

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In our large project (and my personnals) we create a branch for each issue, named by the issue tracking ID. (eg : for Jira is OSL-.., bitbucket is #.. etc..).
So, for each commit, we need to put the branch name at the beginning of the commit message, permitting commits to be directly linked into the project management tool.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When on a branch, have the possibility to add the branch name at the beginning of a commit message.
E.G :
- I'm on branch OSL-1145
- I click on commit
- A checkbox is checked "Add branch name to commit message"
- My commit message has a start autofilled :
"OSL-1145 :"
What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
Version 1.8.9
Windows 8.0
Please provide any additional information below.
I think it would be a nice feature. In large projects it is hard to make developpers always putting the issue name on all their related commits.
