Defficiency rework

Added pipe layer adapters, for less ugly-looking pipe layering.
SME room seriously overhauled. Fixed most issues in the control room.
Reworked atmospherics piping. Fixed shitty valve.

Tested locally, and also checked cam coverage.

Note: Map cleaning doesn't do squat with this number of changes.
