Change Metal Table Sprites

This should fix most oddities with metal tables (note that I did not review wooden tables and poker tables yet, because I just did 5-6 straight hours of spriting and my head is pounding

• All metal tables now use solid color instead of some invisible noise, this should make them infinitely easier to work with
• Tables are now much larger. Basically they take up the whole tile on all directions (except for downwards, for the table supports)
• Flipped tables have also been resprited to the same end

Note that Reinforced Tables and Tables can still merge together, but it will still look terrible for the obvious reason that the supports are different, at least their borders will align now
