Arms/legs and feet/hands are separate, so completely reconstructing someone's arm involves reattaching the arm, and then reattaching the hand. It does not have to belong to the patient, any limb object will do. It must be the correct limb for the area, right hand goes to right arm, left leg goes to left hip, et cetera.
