[Bugfix] A decapitated head that gets deleted now automatically causes the mob in its brain to ghost

username-removed-208259 requested to merge DeityLink/vgstation:brainghost into Bleeding-Edge

The mob would previously be sent to nullspace (black screen), where it would have nothing to do but ghost anyway, and get automatically sent to arrivals.

Happens often to mobs who fall into singularities.
