PDA Spam messages made even more annoying

  • PDA Spam now shows "Unknown" as the title of the sender
  • PDA Spam now show a reply button. It's a real looking reply button, but does nothing when pressed (because you're answering to a noreply spam address, you idiot)

Both of those changes make the spam messages look MORE REAL. They also mean that someone with too much time on their hands and the monitor decryption key can send fake spam messages to everyone and put the AI on suicide watch
