Closes #976 (together with other two MRs)

This changes YalinkDevice to implement most acrions using YealinkIPPhoneExecute command inside SipNotifyCommand - simillar to SnomDevice.

It adds support for conference (while retaining ability to do attendedTransfer followed by completeTransfer or cancelTransfer).
