Merge branch Mario/nade_updates (L merge request)

Many updates to the nades system (centralised lists for common nade properties, special powered bonus nades which are given after reaching a special score through kills and captures etc, visual nade timer, showing the player's carried nade to others, for easily seeing if they have a nade without hearing it, freezetag revivals by holding nade and exploding while frozen).
