[WIP] Friends list

graphical way to add friends using xonstat ids -

ignore all messages from other players except friend requests until accepting them -
alias management: should be able to name players as you choose, while also seeing their chosen name -
game invite request/accept/reject dialog. (current server detection could be improved when disconnecting) -
xonstat viewing of friends

groups + announcements. Groups may be publicly indexable, unlike direct friends who are always local and private
