Report anticheat data to playerstats; remove unused anticheat_getvalue function.

Adding back playerstats support to the anticheat system (we want to analyze the data again and use it to detect Elo-gamers).

TimePath: please review for possibly stupid things I did in the new code base - I e.g. don't quite like the cyclical dependency between playerstats and anticheat that this adds. Maybe there's a way to untangle that?
