Remove `dppolygonoffset -6000` from nade countdown shader

username-removed-84494 requested to merge marin-t/nadectr into master

I have no idea what this line was meant to do but it appears to cause the countdown to sometimes appear through walls. Removing it seems to fix it. A place to test it is e.g. dreamscape - throw from the highest tower into the hole:
