Use all uBlock Protector filters & issue updates

Issues #35 (closed), #36 (closed), #33 (closed), #30 (closed), #29 (closed), #27, #23 (closed), #21 (closed), #18 (closed), #13 (closed).

I validated dist/aak-cont-list-notubo.txt with Adblock Plus. It accepts all the filters.

FYI:

• Firefox: return 'function ${this.name}() {\n [native code]\n}';
• Chrome: return 'function ${this.name}() { [native code] }';
