Ensure that F-Droid is always after F-Droid Archive

username-removed-25042 requested to merge pserwylo/fdroidclient:reorder-archive-repos into master

And the same for GP + GP Archive.

This prevents the "Suggested Version" being set to an old version from the Archive, which would happen every time if both the main and archive repository was enabled.

Fixes #974 (closed).
