Job Description: Outbound BDR, Team Lead
Per our discussion:
- Let's get an outbound bdr who's experienced and can hit the ground running
- they'll start by targeting large CE accounts
- after they create 1M in pipeline, I think we start hiring more people under them
- looking for a person with leadership experience right from the start - I think this hiring order will make growth of the team go more smoothly this time. Having a specific number of pipe generated before asking for headcount will help us ensure process and opportunity is there to handle growth
