Main thing I did was in formatting to be honest, making it more compact. I also added a general expectation on timeline and how to balance the time during the day. Per stage, I indicated over what timeframe this is expected to be completed. I welcome your thoughts on this. Where am I too optimistic? Where am I too slow?
