What does this MR do?
Add simplified Chinese(zh_CN) translations for project pages
(The translations is migrated from the hard code translation project https://gitlab.com/xhang/gitlab )
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
- Change the translation of "Issue" from "问题" to "议题" (refer to !11644 (merged))
- The translations of Cycle Analytics Page is finished by @htve (refer to !11644 (merged))
