What does this MR do?
This is part of issue [#23036 (moved)] (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/23036). This MR contains 'browse' feature tests rewritten in Rspec.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
The styling, I've put some comments at the lines that I'm not sure about.

For rewriting spinach tests to Rspec.
