What does this MR do?

Update github.com/Sirupsen/logrus to v0.10.0

Why was this MR needed?

Solaris support! There is also a minor fix to TTY detection and some minor performance improvements.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Our vendored go-dockerclient also vendors in a version of logrus (somewhere between 0.8.7 and 0.9.0). The two have never matched.
