Fix alignment of deploy board toggle; hide deploy boards on mobile

@filipa was there a design for deploy boards on mobile? We're trimming down the amount of information displayed in the CI tables on mobile so I figured that'd be a good one to hide

@annabeldunstone There was not! I think this is a good solution, given that follows the same pattern of the rest of the information.

My concern is that we are polling an hidden thing What do you think of hiding just the caret and render the deploy board? (I am not 100% confident about this suggestion tho) The deploy board should be responsive already IIRC.

What do we do with the child environments? Do we render them if they are opened?

Ya that works. Let's just show them on mobile regardless, and keep the caret hidden

Yep, we do render them on mobile if you open them.
