Merge branch 'azure_oauth2' into 'master'

Enable Microsoft Azure OAuth2 support

Added Microsoft Azure as OAuth2 provider (https://github.com/KonaTeam/omniauth-azure-oauth2) including docs and icon.

+To enable the Microsoft Azure OAuth2 OmniAuth provider you must register your application with Azure. Azure will generate a client ID and secret key for you to use.
