doc: consistent naming of dgram/net in TOC

When looking for dgram docs, I always forget that its TOC entry is actually under UDP instead of the expected Datagram.

To fix this, this commit introduces consistent naming of [verbose module name]/[alternative name] for dgram and net TOC entries, like it was done for TLS/SSL.
