ENH: Window function and normalization options for correlation function modifier

Added option to:

  • Apply Hann window to nonperiodic directions. This is necessary to get the proper reciprocal space correlation function in nonperiodic simulations.
  • Normalize by radial distribution function. This is useful to remove the oscillation from atomic structure at short distances.
